Foundation of Academic Excellence and Access is offering scholarships for undergraduate students in India. These scholarships are sponsored by BHEL and Others. Scholarships are provided in the field of arts/commerce/science/medical/engineering and other technical and professional discipline at any university/institution/college of students' choice anywhere in India. Students are eligible for these scholarships who have passed Class XII from a recognized board in India and 1st year under-graduate students. FAEA scholarships provide financial aid for completion of undergraduate courses which includes tuition fee, maintenance allowance or hostel/mess charges and other allowances to cover travel, clothing and book purchase. The continuance of scholarship and amount of scholarship is, however, subject to good academic performance and availability of funds.

Scholarship Description: FAEA will be offering limited number of scholarships for the year 2013-14 to pursue undergraduate studies in arts/commerce/science/medical/engineering and other technical and professional discipline at any university/institution/college of students' choice anywhere in India. These scholarships are sponsored by BHEL and Others.
Number of award(s): Limited number of scholarships is available for the year 2013-14.
Duration of award(s): Scholarships may be for up to a maximum of five years. All grants must be renewed annually, based on the Scholar's progress and budget proposal. Students must engage in full-time study and be enrolled in formal degree programme.
What does it cover? FAEA may cover the full cost of proposed study plans up to five years.
Selection criteria: Shortlisted candidates will be invited for interviews across India in the metropolitan city closest to student's domicile.
Notification: Shortlisted candidates will be called for Interview in the Month of July/August 2013. Exact dates, however, will be communicated individually and will also be available on the FAEA website.
How to Apply: The mode of applying is online. (After filling the application form online successfully, you will be allotted 9 digit auto generated "Confirmation Code" which should be kept note of for future correspondence with FAEA).
Scholarship Application Deadline: The application deadline is 30th June 2013.
